HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To make the exchange process easy and informative, we have designed a simple procedure. For any exchange requests, kindly email us at favoitalia@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Our team will get in touch with you to assist with the procedure as soon as possible. Upon receiving the parcel of the exchange article, we will confirm receipt to avoid delays in your shopping.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REFUNDS AND CREDIT NOTES:
  • Approved refund amounts will be reimbursed within 5-7 business days.
  • If a refund is not available, we will provide you with a credit note to your email ID for the amount of your purchase. You can use this credit note at any time.
  • Alternatively, we can provide a QR code of the same amount.
  • If you want to replace any item, you must record a video of unboxing the parcel and send it to us within 5-7 days of receiving the order.
