ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE BILLING
If you change your mind before the order is billed or processed, you may request cancellation. Once the order is billed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS
In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before dispatch, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

QUALITY CHECK BEFORE DISPATCH
Every product goes through a strict quality inspection before delivery. If any product fails our internal quality check, the order will be cancelled from our side and the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
