SHIPPING & DELIVERY

National Shipping:
We offer national shipping across the country. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations. Please note that all duties, taxes, and other charges on national orders will be borne by the customers. The delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped. Returns and exchanges will not be entertained post-dispatch of the orders. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping as well. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations. Please note that all duties, taxes, and import duties on international orders will be borne by the customers. The delivery time is approximately 15-20 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped. Returns and exchanges will not be entertained post-dispatch of the orders.

Tracking Packages:
If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website. You can track your order at any time online via our order status page which is named as "Track Order. You will need to provide the order number.

Non Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

Proof on Delivery:
For some delivery locations & for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please whatsapp us at +91 8130066389 if you have any questions.

Note: Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery and report any dissatisfaction on the courier docket.
